Bookings: Bookings

For treatment bookings valued at £50 or more we will ask for card details to secure your appointment. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
Cancellation Policy: OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please give at least 24 hours' notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to both our therapists and other clients.

Please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% if the appointment is cancelled and cannot be filled. Missed appointments will be charged at the full treatment prices.

If you have problems making your appointment please call our reception on 01392 877221 to discuss it. We will do our best to try and resolve things.
Children's Policy: CHILDREN'S POLICY

We always try to accommodate all our clients as best we can, but for the purposes of health and safety we do not allow unsupervised minors under the age of 16 into the clinic.

Remedies staff cannot accept any responsibility for a minor who may be brought into the clinic. Hence, a separate supervisor would need to attend with the child whilst the treatment is being carried out.
