HOW DOES N-LITE LASER WORK?

The N-Lite Laser system uses laser energy to both calm down the acne and treat acne scarring. The acne treatment is virtually painless. Although therapy using the NLite Laser is not always the most suitable for all clients, most can and do benefit from this exciting new therapy.

High intensity yellow laser light is pulsed onto the skin of the affected area. Most clients describe the sensation of treatment as "like an intermittent jet of warm water". The Laser energy penetrates into the deeper layers of the skin helping to kill acne bacteria deep within the skin.

We normally recommend you have 3 N-LITE acne treatments, one each month, over a 3 month period. The acne treatment is quick and most sessions last approximately 30 minutes. In the meantime, you work with your therapist by taking advice and guidance on your homecare regime.
